Frequently Asked Questions.
When is my order validated?
If you’re purchasing a ready to wear item that we have in stock, it is validated at checkout. For orders of unavailable or custom–made items, the order is validated when we receive the payment as well as necessary measurements for the manufacture.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We have a loyalty program named Jaarama as well as exclusive offers for sofatoo charity club members.
What is the time frame for confection or alterations?
For an outfit already in stock, in case of alterations, it can take up to 48 hours before shipment. The manufacturing time for a made–to–measure outfit is 15 days in usual times and 20 days in rush season (Ramadan, Eid, End of the Year). The manufacturing time for wedding outfits is 30 days.
How do I know my size?
Most of our abayas are one–size–fits–all models, it‘s just the length that varies depending on your height. For models requiring more accurate sizes, we use the European standard sizes. Below you can find a table of international correspondences and measurements in cm and inches.
What are the delivery options?
We deliver everywhere with DHL. We can also hand over your outfits to a private carrier (GP) of your choice. Please note that the outfit is considered delivered and out of our responsibility as soon as it is handed over to the GP. In addition, we do not cover any additional costs charged by customs or DHL in cases of address correction, postponement of delivery, hazardous area or remote rental.
How long does delivery take?
With DHL, delivery time is between 3 to 5 days for Europe and West Africa, on average 5 days for North America but can be up to 8 days for the rest of Africa, Asia and the islands.

Can I order a custom outfit?
For personalized outfits, especially for weddings, you can contact us on whatsapp. A specialized account manager will take care of your request and discuss the feasibility with you.
Can we bring you our fabric?
We only work with our own materials in order to guarantee quality and availability in the event of a manufacturing accident. However, you have the option of choosing the material and color you want within available inventory.
Are your old designs still available to order?
If the design is less than 3 years old, it is usually possible to have it made to order. Send us on picture on whatsapp if it’s not on the website, we are here to make you happy at all costs !
