Orders, alterations, sizing, delivery and made-to-measure—find the essentials before contacting the Maison.
01When is my order confirmed?
Ready-to-wear pieces in stock are confirmed at checkout. Unavailable or made-to-measure pieces are confirmed once payment and the measurements required for production have been received.
02Do you offer discounts?
Yes. So’ Fatoo offers the Jaarama loyalty program as well as selected benefits for members of the So’ Fatoo Charity Club.
03How long do alterations and made-to-measure orders take?
Alterations to an in-stock piece can take up to 48 hours before dispatch. Made-to-measure pieces generally require 15 days, or 20 days during peak periods. Wedding pieces generally require 30 days.
04How do I choose my size?
Many abayas are one-size silhouettes where the length varies with your height. Designs requiring a precise fit follow standard European sizing.
05What delivery options are available?
We ship internationally with DHL. Orders can also be handed to a private carrier of your choice; responsibility transfers once the parcel is handed to that carrier.
06How long does delivery take?
DHL delivery is generally 3–5 days for Europe and West Africa, around 5 days for North America, and up to 8 days for other destinations.
07Where can I find So’ Fatoo?
Our pieces are available in our Dakar and Abidjan stores and through selected stockists. Visit the Shops & Stockists page for current locations.
08Can I order a custom piece?
Yes. For personalized pieces—especially wedding attire—contact the team on WhatsApp. A dedicated advisor will discuss your request and its feasibility.
09Can I bring my own fabric?
To guarantee quality and material availability, the Maison works with its own fabrics. You may select from the available materials and colours.
10Can an older design be made again?
Designs from the past three years can often be produced on request. Send the team a reference image on WhatsApp so availability can be confirmed.
