01<\/span>When is my order confirmed?<\/i><\/summary>

Ready-to-wear pieces in stock are confirmed at checkout. Unavailable or made-to-measure pieces are confirmed once payment and the measurements required for production have been received.<\/p><\/details>

02<\/span>Do you offer discounts?<\/i><\/summary>

Yes. So\u2019 Fatoo offers the Jaarama loyalty program as well as selected benefits for members of the So\u2019 Fatoo Charity Club.<\/p><\/details>

03<\/span>How long do alterations and made-to-measure orders take?<\/i><\/summary>

Alterations to an in-stock piece can take up to 48 hours before dispatch. Made-to-measure pieces generally require 15 days, or 20 days during peak periods. Wedding pieces generally require 30 days.<\/p><\/details>

04<\/span>How do I choose my size?<\/i><\/summary>

Many abayas are one-size silhouettes where the length varies with your height. Designs requiring a precise fit follow standard European sizing.<\/p><\/details>

05<\/span>What delivery options are available?<\/i><\/summary>

We ship internationally with DHL. Orders can also be handed to a private carrier of your choice; responsibility transfers once the parcel is handed to that carrier.<\/p><\/details>

06<\/span>Quel est le d\u00e9lai de livraison ?<\/i><\/summary>

DHL delivery is generally 3\u20135 days for Europe and West Africa, around 5 days for North America, and up to 8 days for other destinations.<\/p><\/details>

Yes. For personalized pieces\u2014especially wedding attire\u2014contact the team on WhatsApp. A dedicated advisor will discuss your request and its feasibility.<\/p><\/details>

To guarantee quality and material availability, the Maison works with its own fabrics. You may select from the available materials and colours.<\/p><\/details>

Designs from the past three years can often be produced on request.
